Sending my heartfelt sympathy to all of you, Connie, Troy, Toby and your families. Buddy was such a special person, always lending a helping hand. I remember he set up a large platform stage for the band, Atchafalaya, who played for my wedding reception held at our home on Natchez Blvd. The band arrived and told Buddy, "Thank you so much, Sir, but we don't play on stages." Buddy promptly replied, "Well, tonight you're playing on that stage." They quickly responded, "Yes Sir." The reception turned out to be so memorable for all who attended. I will always be thankful for Buddy's initiative in making that happen.

Buddy always showed kindness and service. I'll always remember when I moved from Louisiana to CO almost 20 years ago that Buddy helped load up so many boxes and furniture into the moving truck. Always ready to lend a hand. Prayers and blessings to you, Connie, Troy and Toby and to the whole family.
