A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Jennie Polozola on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the St. John Catholic Church in Melville. The interment will take place in the St. John Cemetery. Celebrating the mass will be the Reverend James Nguyen.

Miss Polozola, age 85, died Sunday March 7, 2010. She was a resident of Bayou Current and was a homemaker.

Survivors include her nephew, Randy Armond and wife Barbara of Bayou Current; nieces Camellia Lamana and husband Tommy of Bayou Current and Diana Wiltz and husband Edward of Krotz Springs; great nephews, Jason Lamana and wife Shantia of Port Barre and Michael Armond and wife Brandi of False River and great nieces, Brandi Guillory and husband Robert of Bayou Current and Rachael Parker and husband Richard of Breaux Bridge.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Frank and Nancy Clark Polozola; brother, Steve Polozola; sisters, Lucy Armond and Sarah DeSalvo and great nephew, Chuck Lamana.

Visitation will be held in the LaFond-Ardoin Funeral Home in Melville on Monday, March 8, 2010 from 4:00- 10:00 p.m. and will reopen on Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. until time of services. A rosary will be recited on Monday at 7:00pm.
