I'm very sorry to hear about the passing of Gerald. My wife's room was directly across from his, and I believe they suffered from the same disease. My wife died Aug. 2016 at 64 years old. As with my wife , I would see his mother there about every day caring for him. I know it was difficult for her as it was for me. RIP Gerald and God bless the family.

Mike and Linda, Sorry to learn about your loss! I can't be sure I have not met Jerry once upon a time but we might have shared a class of two in our overlap at NLU. I wish you both a peace that passes understanding and God's hand in the purpose and timing for his last days. Godspeed to you and all the family!

Dear Lanclos family, It was with sadness I read Jerry's obituary in Saturday's paper. I was Jerry's secretary during the years he was Director of Pharmacy at BRGMC. He was a very smart, funny man, and really wonderful to work with and for. Your family will be in my prayers.

Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. Be assured that God promises to do away with sickness and death and the distress that results—permanently! We know this will happen because God gave Jesus the authority to heal the sick and power to raise the dead. The healings and resurrections performed by Jesus demonstrate this. (Luke 5:12, 13; John 11:39-44). Jesus’ kingdom government will bring to mankind this and so much more, yes “more than all we ask or imagine.” (Ephesians 3:20).
