Krotz Springs - Funeral Services for Norma Jean Ellis Credeur will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 25, 2018, at The First Baptist Church of Krotz Springs. Brother Chad Bolfa will conduct the services. Burial will follow in the First Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Credeur, age 73, a resident of Krotz Springs, passed away on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center.

Norma enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her sons, Bobby St. Romain of Krotz Springs, LA; Charles "Chuck" Dale St. Romain of Krotz Springs, LA; her daughter, Kimberly St. Romain (Craig Trahan) of Arnaudville, LA; her step-son, Charles Ray Credeur of Carencro, LA; her sisters, Elizabeth Huffman (Donnie) of Jonesville, LA; Shirley Dupont (Ronald) of Melville, LA; Debra Evans (Jimmy) of Krotz Springs, LA and Karen Sally Stelly (Olan) of Krotz Springs, LA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, Brittany Dawn St. Romain, Bobby Neal St. Romain, Jr., Brennan Shane St. Romain, Logan Anthony Reeves, Ethan Earl-John Reeves, Caelan Jean St. Romain, Kieran Renee' St. Romain, Caanan Earl-Blake St. Romain; one great-grandchild, Preslee Skye Torres and a host of nieces, nephews and step-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Essie Credeur; her parents, Ethel Marie Dupuis Ellis and Leon Earl Ellis; her brothers, Eddie Leon Ellis, Robert "Joe" Charles Ellis and Michael Anthony Ellis and her nephew, Eddie Shane Ellis.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 24, 2018, from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home in Krotz Springs. It will continue on Saturday, August 25, 2018 from 8:00 AM until the time of service.

Pallbearers will be Logan Anthony Reeves, Robert Kyle Ellis, Bobby Neal St. Romain, Jr., Justin Kyle Kidder, Christopher Michael Huffman, Shawn Darian Ellis, Ronald Steven Dupont, Chad Oscar Nall and Colt Landon Nall.
