Barbara will be remembered not only for her kind and loving nature but also for the impact she had on those around her. Barbara's warmth extended beyond her family as she was actively involved in various community groups and organizations. She found joy in being an avid reader and loved cooking and baking for family gatherings. Barbara's dedication to her family was evident through her involvement in her children's classrooms as a "room mother" and as a substitute teacher at Belmont Academy. Her faith was central to her life as she participated in a local rosary group, belonged to the Ladies Altar Society, and was a committed parishioner at Our Lady Queen of Angels Catholic Church. Barbara also was a part of a bible study group, book club group, Pokeno group, and she enjoyed many years of square dancing.
