Bradford was a scaffold builder and retired from the 1098 Carpenter's Local Union. His career was a testament to his hard work. Beyond his professional endeavors, Bradford found immense joy in the simple pleasures of life. He cherished hunting and fishing, often recalling lively deer stories and jokes that showcased his warm spirit and sense of humor.
His hobbies were as vibrant as his personality. Bradford loved shooting pool, cooking, and hosting gatherings where friends and family could come together to share good food and laughter. He took great pleasure in playing Bourré with his brothers and sisters.
Bradford is survived by his beloved wife of 14 years, Monica Ardoin; his son, Christopher Dirk Ardoin; and his daughter, Stephanie Ardoin Morain and her husband, Scott; his step-children: Munica Cooley and her husband David; Lauren Hardy and her husband, Gregory, and Paige Duvall and her companion, Coby; his brothers, Charles Ardoin and his wife, Barbara, and Michael Ardoin and his wife, Shondell; his sisters, Sheryl LeBlanc and Elizabeth Barker with her companion, Mike; and his grandchildren—Gage (Sarah), Parker, Payton, Kade, Alexia and Braxton; step-grandchildren, Noah, Jake, Arianna, Colton, Ella, Tyler, and Zoey—as well as great-grandchildren Kali, Braylin, Anna-lyse, Alaya, and Levi. He was also a cherished godfather to Crystal Ardoin McDaniel. Bradford shared a special bond with his beloved dog Sophia, a faithful companion who brought joy to his days. He is also remembered fondly by a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Bradford was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph (Toto) Ardoin, Sr. and Ila Mae Rushing Ardoin; his grandparents, Edwin and Lizzie Ardoin and Fred and Zelma Linthecum; his brothers Joseph "T-Boy" Ardoin, Calvin Ardoin, Sr., Delbert Ardoin, Edwin Ardoin, Dwayne Ardoin, Ulynn Ardoin and Chad Ardoin; his sisters Sheila Ardoin Crouch and Connie Ardoin; as well as brothers-in-law Eddie LeBlanc and Luke Crouch, sister-in-law Della Ardoin, and nephews Hoby Barker, William “Noonie” Graham, and John “JJ” Templeton, Jr.
