Charmaine was known for her warm spirit and passion for the simple pleasures in life. She delighted in taking shopping trips to Wal-Mart, she loved coloring, and loved eating at Popeye's Fried Chicken, a comfort food that always brought a smile to her face.
Charmaine is survived by her brother, Don Simoneaux, and his wife, Susan; her aunts, Annie Bidstrup, Catherine St. Cyr, and Sandra Mistric, who all played an important role in her life; and her sister-in-law, Sarah Simoneaux.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul Edward Simoneaux and Anna Belle Lafleur Simoneaux; her brothers, Robert (Bobby) Simoneaux and Michael Simoneaux, as well as her Aunt Juliette Venable, who was like a second mother to her.
As we remember Charmaine, we celebrate her life—a life marked by love, laughter, and the joyful moments that she so cherished. She will be deeply missed yet lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
