Cinda Fusilier

Opelousas- A memorial service for Mrs. James Fusilier, the former Cinda Fontenot Fusilier, age 60, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 22, 2009 in the LaFond-Ardoin Funeral Home of Opelousas.

Mrs. Fusilier a native of Eunice and lifelong resident of Opelousas, died at 8:15 p.m. on Friday, August 14, 2009 at the Opelousas General Health System.

She is survived by her husband, James H. Fusilier of Opelousas; parents, Ronald and Larry Manuel Fontenot of Baton Rouge; four sons, Simon Fusilier and his wife Angel of Opelousas, Shaun Fusilier of New Orleans, Justin Fusilier of Chicago, Illinois, and Jordan Fusilier and his wife Kim of Opelousas; two brothers, Joel Fontenot of Albuquerque, NM and Peter Fontenot of Baton Rouge; two sisters, Debbie Skorupsky of New Jersey and Roxie Stears of Grand Prairie; uncle and aunt Frank and Linda Fontenot of Baton Rouge; grandchildren, Isabella Gracye Fusilier, Gwenyth Lindsay Fusilier, and Jacob Hunter Fusilier.

Visiting will be held in the LaFond-Ardoin Funeral Home beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 22, 2009 until service time.
