David Perez

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM for David Michael Perez on Saturday, March 24, 2018, in the Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home in Melville. Reverend Sam Hamm will conduct the service. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM until time of service at 2:00 PM. Burial will be held in the Pentecostal Cemetery of Melville.

Mr. Perez, age 39, passed away on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Opelousas General Hospital.

David was a loving, caring and fun person. He loved his friends and family dearly. He also was a hardworking man who was outgoing and loved making people smile. David will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his girlfriend, Tiffany Penrod; his step-children, Gage Ellis, Tony Moreau, Jr. and Keylie Moreau; his brothers, Michael Perez of Krotz Springs; Enio Hector Perez of Orlando, FL; his sisters, Malbis Perez of Orlando, FL; Esterina Perez of Cuba and his niece, Sierra Melinda Perez; his nephew, Michael Perez, Jr. and his great-nephew, Mars Perez.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Enio Hector Perez and Connie Sue Deville Perez; his brother, Christopher Craig Perez; his sister, Melinda Sue Deville; his uncle, Danny Deville and his maternal grandparents, Vinis Deville and Eula Mae Deville.
