She was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking for her family and friends. She loved watching all her son’s football and baseball games while he was at Port Barre High School. Her gentle soul and giving spirit will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and riding four wheelers. She was an avid reader of many novels and collected antique furniture.
She will forever be remembered and missed by her husband who was her high school sweetheart, Josh Ponthieux of Melville; her son, Owen Ponthieux of Melville and his girlfriend, Lily-Jo Pitcher of Palmetto; her father, Dave Terrell III and stepmother, Lisa Terrell of Melville; her mother, Kathleen Belleau McMichael and companion, Hugh Hitt of Butte La Rose; maternal grandmother, Rose Belleau of Krotz Springs; father-in-law, Larry Ponthieux and mother-in-law, Marianne Johnson Ponthieux of Melville; her sister-in-law, Chrissy Grayson and husband, Jimmy of Palmetto; her brother-in-law, Cole Ponthieux and fiancé, Ashley Kilcrease of Melville; nieces and nephews, Ashley Grayson, Taylor Grayson, and Courtney Grayson, Evan Ponthieux and Brayden Ponthieux. She is also survived by her two godchildren, Annsley Belleau of Palmetto and Kinsey Arnaud of Livonia.
