Funeral services for Mr. Easton PaPan Richard will be held on Monday October 6, 2008 at 10:00am in the St. Peters Catholic Church in Carencro with interment in the church cemetery. The Rev. Bill Melancon will conduct the services.

Mr. Richard, age 86, was a resident of Port Barre, passed away Friday, October 3, 2008 at 4:30am in Pascagoula MS.

He is survived by his God sons; Leonard Lantz of Pascagoula, MS and Paul Wayne Richard of Franklin, LA., his God daughters; Rita Marie Richard of Houston, TX. and Susan Orgeron of Lafayette, La, a brother; Roland Richard of Palmetto, La. his sisters; Hazel Ryder of Franklin, La., Celeste Doucet of Sunset, La., Nellie Lantz of Pascagoula, MS and Mary Jane Cordova of Metairie, La.

He was preceded in death by his wife; Rita Cormier Richard, his parents; Sidney Richard and Bernadette Richard, his brothers; Eugene, Curley, John Richard and Leonce Richard, a sister; Lillian Fontenot.

Visitation will be observed on Sunday from 5:00pm until 10:00pm and will continue on Monday from 8:00am until time of services. A rosary will be recited on Sunday at 7:30pm.
