Mrs. Elena Nan Fontenot

Funeral services for Elena Nan Fontenot will be Monday September 18, 2006 at 10:00am in the Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home Chapel. Burial to follow in the Old Ville Platte Cemetery. Fr. Jeff Deblanc will conduct the services. Mrs. Fontenot, age 94 died Saturday September 16, 2006 at Maison Deville Nursing Home.

She was owner of Nans Beauty Shop since 1958.

Survivors include her son; Warren J. and wife Michael Fontenot of Orange, Tx., sister in law; Mrs. Elie Lou Fontenot of Opelousas, La., 4 grandchildren; Stuart Fontenot of Round Rock, Tx., Warren Fontenot, Jr. of Orange, Tx., Simone C. Jones of Tyler, Tx. and Konrad Fontenot of Vidor, Tx., 7 great grandchildren

Visitation was Sunday September 17, 2006 from 3:00pm until 8:00pm and will also be Monday from 8:00am until time of services. A rosary was recited Sunday at 7:00pm.
