Leonville- Funeral services will be held for Elsie Stelly Hebert at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church Thursday, February 15, 2024. Visitation will begin at 2:00 pm in the church. A Catholic mass will be conducted by Monsignor Keith DeRouen at 3:00 pm.
Elsie, age 80, died at her home, surrounded by her family in Leonville, LA on February 14, 2024.

Elsie is survived by her sons, Shane Hebert and wife Susan, Eric Hebert and wife Tina, and Lynwood A. Hebert and wife Lisa; her daughters, Leslie Hebert and Alyce Hebert Ryder and husband Brent; sister Theresa Devillier; sisters-in-law Ginny Dupuis and Peggy Hebert. 14 grandchildren, Ross, Lance and Caroline, Brooke, John Grant, Hannah and Zachary, Taylor, Kane, Leigh-Ann, and Lyn David, Addie, Ella and Sam. 27 great grandchildren, Roan, McCoy, Anderson, and Boone; Lance-Michael, Isaac, Silas, and Myles; Carter, Luke Thomas, and Henry; Brent, Parker, and Jordyn; Jaxson, Livi, Saylor, and Griffin; Annie, Ellison, and Baby Oliver due in March; Hayes, Halle, Hudson and Hewitt; Landon and Collin.
She is preceded in death by her life long Valentine, Lynwood R. Hebert; her parents, Allen and Ida Stelly; her brother, John Stelly; and her sister-in-law, Jacqueline Hebert Mahmoudi.
Pallbearers are her eight grandsons; John-Grant Hebert, Ross Hebert, Lance Hebert, Taylor Hebert, Kane Hebert, Zachary Hebert, Lyn David Hebert and Sam Hanks.
