Enola Perroux, born on November 25, 1927, in Krotz Springs, Louisiana, peacefully passed away at her residence in Ethel, Louisiana, on May 28, 2024.
Enola was named valedictorian of her graduating class. Her talents extended beyond academics as she found joy in sewing and became a skilled seamstress renowned for making clothes and Halloween costumes. Cooking brought her great pleasure, especially creating cakes and pies. Additionally, Enola's creative touch shone through in crafting handmade Christmas ornaments.
Family meant everything to Enola, with a special place in her heart reserved for moments spent with her great-grandchildren, whom she adored immensely. Her warm presence and creative spirit will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Enola's legacy lives on through her daughter, Christine Perroux Adams, who will forever cherish her memory. She is also survived by a special niece who was like a daughter to her, Cherry Berry. Enola leaves behind a lasting impact on her grandchildren, Celeste Easlick and husband Ben, and Candice Adams. Her spirit will continue through her great-grandchildren, Carson, Camryn, and Arden Easlick who were the apple of her eyes.
She was the beloved wife of Louis Narcisse Perroux for 71 years, joining him once again in eternal peace. Enola was the daughter of Charles Frederick and Bertha Bellot Frederick. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Edison Frederick, Emmerson Frederick, and Dorothy Frederick Cashio.
A Funeral Service for Enola Perroux will be held in the Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home in Krotz Springs on Friday, May 31, 2024, at 1:30pm. Father Clint Trahan will officiate the services. A visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home in Krotz Springs on Friday, May 31, 2024.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Mrs. Enola to St. Jude’s Hospital or Shriner’s Children’s Hospital.
Enola's love and light will continue to guide those she touched as they carry forth her legacy of creativity, love for family, and unwavering dedication to those she held dear. May she rest in eternal peace knowing she was cherished beyond measure.
