Ethel Roberie

Funeral services for Ethel Vidrine Roberie will be held Tuesday January 23, 2007 at 10:00am in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Washington. Burial to take place at Cedar Hill cemetery in Washington. Father Albert Nunez to conduct the services.

Mrs. Roberie, age 84 a resident of Lawtell, formerly of Lebeau died Sunday January 21, 2007 at 12:15am at Opelousas General Health Systems.

Mrs. Roberie was a retired waitress at Stellys Truck Stop and restaurant in Lebeau for 30 years.

Survivors include her daughter; Gloria Ledoux and her husband Lee of Lawtell, sister Ruby Dupre and her husband Ludry of Plaisance, 3 grandchildren; Connie, Todd and Darren Ledoux all of Lawtell, 8 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her husband Clinton Roberie and her parents Eddie and Edmay Pitre Vidrine.

Visitation will be Monday from 11:00am until 10:00pm and Tuesday from 8:00am until time of services. A rosary will be recited at 7:00pm on Monday.
