Jim Pullen

Krotz Springs - Services for Jim W. Pullen, age 67, will be held in the Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home Chapel in Krotz Springs at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 27, 2009 followed by interment in the First Baptist Church Cemetery. Brother Chad Bolfa will conduct the services.

Mr. Pullen, who was a resident of Baton Rouge, died at 4:10 a.m. on Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at his residence after a long illness.

Survivors include his wife, Diana Mires Pullen of Baton Rouge, La.; his mother, Neva Taylor Pullen, of Opelousas, La.; his son, John W. Pullen, II and wife, Chrise, of Denham Springs, La.; his daughter, Janet Pullen Cloud and husband, Brad, of Dallas, Texas; his brother, Irish Pullen of Baton Rouge, La. and his sister, Debbie Pullen Gordon of Chandler, Texas. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren.

He was a veteran of the United States Navy.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Wade Pullen.

Visiting will be held in the LaFond-Ardoin Funeral Home of Krotz Springs on Saturday, December 26, 2009 from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and will re-open at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday.
