Joseph Guidry

Funeral services for Joseph Joey Lester Guidry will be held on Thursday, January 10th, 2008 at the First Baptist church at 11:00AM with the interment at the church cemetery. The Rev. Chad Bolfa will conduct the services.

Mr. Guidry, age 33, a resident of Krotz Springs, died on January 6, 2008 in New Roads in a motor cycle accident. He was plant manager of Genesis oil refinery in Port Hudson, La.

He is survived by his wife; Christy B. Guidry of Krotz Springs, his parents; Ronald and Julie F. Hardie Guidry of Krotz Springs, his grandmother; Mary Louise Guidry a son; Matthew Scott Guidry, a daughter; Chloe Danielle Guidry, a brother; Tim J. Guidry all of Krotz Springs, a sister; Kimberly K. Sharp of Moss Bluff, La. and Rhonda L. Hoyt of Krotz Springs.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Mable Hardie and Lester Hardie, and Joseph Jessie Guidry and 2 nephews; Corbin and Colby Guidry.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 9th at Lafond Ardoin Funeral Home in Krotz Springs from 4:00PM until the time of service on Thursday.
