Krotz Springs- Funeral services for Judy McDaniel will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2020, in the Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home Chapel in Krotz Springs. Reverend Russell Comeaux will officiate the services. Visiting will begin at 4:00 PM until time of services at 7:00 PM.

Ms. Judy, age 72, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 3, 2020 at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Opelousas, LA.

Judy was a resident of Krotz Springs, La. Judy enjoyed traveling to some of her favorite places, such as Las Vegas, as well as playing at her favorite casinos. She enjoyed being surrounded by her family and friends, and always enjoyed keeping everyone entertained with a smile on their faces. She loved to cook and there was never a person that left her home hungry, she will be loved and missed by everyone that knew her.

She is survived by her sons, Ronnie McDaniel and Leanne of Denham Springs, La, Daniel I. McDaniel Jr. and Tammy; her brothers Melvin Comeaux and Sybil of Krotz Springs, La, Russell Comeaux and Ginger of Camden, Arkansas; her sisters Ella Rose Guillory of Port Barre, La, Carolyn Johnson of Opelousas, La, Amy Chautin and John of Port Barre, La; her grandchildren Jessica McDaniel, Dillion McDaniel, Brody McDaniel, Dustin McDaniel, Steven McDaniel, Leslie Payne, Douglas Payne; Seven great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews that she spoiled rotten.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel I. McDaniel Sr.; her parents, Wilmer and Ann Comeaux; her brothers Wilbert Comeaux, Kevin Comeaux, and Oren Reed a special person in her life
