Mary Schexnider

A Memorial service for Mary Drousie Schexnider, will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2007 at 10:00AM at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church. The Rev. Sonny Brown, Rev. Hampton Davis and Rev. Michael Arnaud will conduct the service.

Mrs. Schexnider, age 56, was a resident of Opelousas. She died at Doctors Hospital of Opelousas Thursday, September 13, 2007 at 11:44AM.

She is survived by her husband; James Terry Schexnider of Opelousas, 4 sons; Shannon Deville of Lafayette, T.J. Schexnider of Port Barre, Shannon Schexnider of Opelousas and Joshua Schexnider of Opelousas, 1 daughter; Shantel Sonnier of New Iberia, 3 brothers; Winford Bossco Johnson of Lebeau, Roland Johnson of Texas and John Johnson of Baton Rouge and 2 sisters; Iva Dale Johnson and Melba Hargroder both of Opelousas. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.

Mrs. Schexnider was preceded in death by her parents; Terrance and Nina Quinity Johnson.
