Scotty Vidrine

Funeral services for Scotty Michael Vidrine will be held Sunday September 24, 2006

at 1:00pm in the Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Washington, La. The Reverend Nicky Trahan will conduct the services. Scotty, age 28 died Friday September 22, 2006 at his residence. He was a painter.

Survivors include his wife Anita Lynn Soileau Vidrine of Port Barre, father; Michael Vidrine; step mother; Donna Vidrine both of Leonville, mother; Donner Edwards; stepfather; Larry Edwards both of Washington; paternal grandparents; Robert and Juanita Theriot of Port Barre, maternal grandfather; John Talley Deville of Port Barre, maternal great grandfather; Pierre W. Martin of Opelousas, step sons; Darryl K. Deville, Jr., Christopher B. Deville both of Port Barre, step daughter; Samantha L. Deville of Port Barre, brother; Corey J. Vidrine of Washington, sister; Amber E. Vidrine of Opelousas.

He was preceded in death by his great grandmother; Emily Martin, grandmother; Betty Deville.

Visitation will be Saturday September 23, 2006 from 4:00pm until 10:00pm and reopen 10:00am Sunday. A rosary will be recited at 6:30pm.

Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home on the Old Sunset Hwy. in Opelousas is in charge of arrangements.
