Opelousas - Funeral Services will be held 12:00 p.m. on Monday, September 30, 2019 for Flossie Dugas Hebert in the Skip Montet Chapel at Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home in Opelousas. Deacon Dwayne Joubert will officiate the services.

Flossie Dugas Hebert, age 94 and a resident of Opelousas, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at her residence.

Flossie was an extremely smart business woman, as well as, a talented artist. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Herman Dale Hebert; son, Dale Michael Hargroder and his wife, Joyce; daughter, Annette Murell and her husband, Tommy; and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Evans and Anita Dupuis Dugas; son, David Earl Hargroder; sister, Mathilde D. Rivette; brother-in-law, Tony Rivette; and niece, Tina LeGrange.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 29, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. A Rosary will be prayed at 6:30 on Sunday evening. Visitation will continue on Monday, September 30, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. until the time of service.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Stacy Mayeaux and his staff, as well as, the dear friends who have helped Flossie during her sickness.
