Frankie Allen Pittman

Opelousas - Funeral services for Frankie Allen Pittman will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 10, 2019, in the LaFond-Ardoin Funeral Home Parlor. Pastor Eugene Reiszner will officiate the service.

Mr. Pittman, age 35, a native of Mobile and Troy, AL, passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2019.

Frankie was a driven, God-fearing man, who put the Lord above all others.  He was blessed with his six-year old son, Easton, who was his pride and joy.  Frankie was always polite, giving and willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need; giving himself and never expecting anything.  He was also blessed with his achievements in obtaining his "Apprentice License" to become a Boat Captain.  Frankie's favorite pastime was playing games, spending time with his family and outdoor sports.  He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Survivors include his son, Easton Allen Clark Pittman; his daughter, Desire Eliah Clark; his mother and step-father, Robin and Dale Riggleman; his father, Tony Pittman; his maternal grandfather, Ronald Waltman; his maternal step-grandfather, Carl Preston; his aunts and uncles, Romona and Mohammad Mokbel, Wilson Pittman and Julius Pittman and his cousins, Sadiqa Mokbel, Jr. Reed, Jennifer Lacy, Daniel Presley, Shyla Brinson, Thomas Pittman and J.P. Pittman.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Nancy Preston; his aunt, Rhonda Presley and his paternal grandparents, Doris "Nana" and Frank Pittman.

Visiting hours will be observed on Friday, August 9, 2019, from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM in the LaFond-Ardoin Funeral Home Parlor in Opelousas. On Saturday, visitation will continue from at 9:00 AM until time of service.
